The price covers both units (outdoor — up to the 3rd floor from a ladder), antibacterial treatment and a function check. No extras afterwards.
Why and how often
A dirty evaporator means odour, mould and bacteria blown around the room. Dust on the coil reduces capacity and increases power use, and a clogged drain is a common cause of drips from the indoor unit.
Clean once a year. If you heat with the unit in winter, do it in autumn: a dirty coil heats worse. Winter preparation includes cleaning and a heating check.
No cleaning up after us
We use a vacuum cleaner at every step and take the debris away. Antibacterial treatment comes with every cleaning at no extra cost.
If we installed the unit, annual cleaning extends the installation warranty to 5 years — stamped in the warranty card.

What a proper cleaning includes — our director explains
- Servicing: how often and what it includesAn air conditioner needs servicing at least once a year at home and twice a year in commercial premises — manufacturers' manuals say so. A dirty unit loses efficiency and worsens air quality; warning signs are odour, noise and weak cooling or heating. Proper servicing means chemical and steam cleaning of the coils, dismantling and cleaning the fan drum, and checking current, pressure and outlet temperature — not just rinsing the filters.

Немогла найти сервис все заняты были случайно нашла эту фирму в гугл. Это единственная фирма которая откликнулась и пришли даже раньше чем обещали, очень оперативно все сделали. Трубки установили медные, вакуум сделали. Сверлили с пылесосом мусора и пыли не оставили. Дали информацию подробную по пользованию. Все работает идеально. Очень дружелюбные ребята.
