2. What data and why
Name, phone, e-mail, installation address, order details (model, installation, date) — to take the request, agree the date, perform installation or service, issue the contract and warranty, remind about maintenance. Technical data (IP, device, pages, advertising identifiers) — for site operation, anti-spam and analytics.
3. Legal basis
Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (request, booking), legitimate interest (security, analytics), consent (marketing messages and reminders — a separate checkbox, withdrawable at any time).
4. Recipients
Only those needed to fulfil the order: CRM (Bitrix24), SMS provider (sms.md), installment partner (IUTECREDIT SRL) at your initiative, analytics and advertising services (Google, Meta) in anonymised form. We do not sell data.
5. Retention
Order data — the warranty period plus 3 years. Requests without an order — 12 months. Analytics — up to 26 months. Then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, portability. Request at info@arcticaservice.md; we reply within 30 days. Complaints — National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
7. Cookies
Necessary cookies always work. Analytics and advertising cookies only after consent in the banner; “Decline” is equal to “Accept”. Settings can be changed at any time.
8. Security and changes
Data is stored on servers in the EU/Moldova, encrypted in transit (HTTPS), with restricted staff access. Changes to this policy are published on this page.
