Terms of sale, delivery and installation

1. Parties
Seller and contractor — S.R.L. «DIGITME», IDNO 1018600031574, Chișinău, str. Meșterul Manole 5, trading as Arctica Service. Buyer — an individual or company that placed an order on arcticaservice.md, by phone or messenger.
2. Order and prices
Prices are in lei (MDL) including VAT. The installation price depends on the unit’s room-size class and covers the crew’s work; site-dependent materials and extra work (pipework, drain and cable per metre, brackets, trunking, chasing, removal, lift, transport outside Chișinău) are priced at the survey and confirmed by the buyer before work starts. A request on the site is not an offer; the contract is concluded after confirmation by a manager.
3. Payment
Payment after delivery and installation: cash, card, transfer or iute installments (terms set by IUTECREDIT SRL). No prepayment, except made-to-order goods by agreement. Companies pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
4. Delivery and timing
Delivery within Chișinău is free with installation; outside — 5 lei/km. Installation in the chosen slot 09:30–12:30, 12:30–15:30 or 15:30–18:00; the booking is confirmed by a manager and the slot is held for 2 hours. Made-to-order goods — the lead time is given at confirmation.
5. Withdrawal and returns
Under Law No. 105/2003 on consumer protection and Law No. 284/2004 on e-commerce the buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receipt if the unit has not been installed and keeps its condition, completeness and packaging. After installation returns are possible only on warranty grounds.
6. Warranty
2 years on the unit (manufacturer) and 2 years on installation. With annual maintenance and cleaning by Arctica Service the installation warranty extends to 5 years. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, power surges, third-party intervention or lack of cleaning. Terms are in the warranty card.
7. Claims
Claims are accepted at info@arcticaservice.md or +373 79 995 511; response within 14 days. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then in court under the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
8. Other
Product images may differ from those delivered. Terms may be updated; the version published on the site at the time of ordering applies.
