Every installation comes with a contract and warranty card. The manufacturer’s warranty on the unit and our warranty on the work run in parallel.
Manufacturer’s warranty: compressor, electronics, heat exchangers. We handle warranty service: visit, diagnose, contact the distributor.
Pipework tightness, drain, mounting, wiring. If it leaks or rattles because of installation, we come and fix it free.
Yearly cleaning and check by Arctica extend the installation warranty by another year, up to 5 in total. Stamped in the card.

Call or message

Diagnostics
We come in the nearest slot. Under warranty diagnostics is free if the cause is installation or a factory defect.
Repair or replacement
Installation issues we fix ourselves. Factory defects go through the brand distributor.

- Damage from power surges without a stabiliser or misuse
- Dirty filters and coil with no cleaning
- Third-party intervention, relocation by others
- Consumables: filters, remote batteries
