Air conditioner relocation in Chișinău
Moving house or want the unit in another room — we remove it keeping the refrigerant and install it at the new place in one visit. Price = removal + installation.
What we do
- We pump refrigerant into the outdoor unit and remove the units
- Transport them (by arrangement) or work on site
- Install at the new place: hole, line set, drain, fixings
- Vacuum, leak-test, start up and show how it works
Result
The unit works at the new place as before, without refrigerant loss. Warranty on the new installation — 2 years, up to 5 with annual service.
When needed
- Moving to a new flat or house
- The unit is needed in another room
- Renovation: the unit is in the way or badly placed
- The outdoor unit needs raising or lowering
Annual cleaning by Arctica extends the installation warranty to 5 years.
How much does relocation cost
| What is included | Price |
|---|---|
| Removal with refrigerant kept | from 800 lei |
| Installation at the new place, room up to 35 m² | 1 800 lei |
| Installation, up to 55 m² / up to 80 m² | 2 200 / 2 400 lei |
| Materials at the new place: line set, brackets, trunking | after survey, before work |
From 2 600 lei for labour plus materials. If the line set at the new place is longer, materials are quoted before work — no extras afterwards.
Why not remove it yourself
Without pump-down the refrigerant escapes and moisture and air enter the circuit. The new place will need vacuuming and a refill — usually another 750–2 000 lei, and moisture shortens the compressor’s life.
