Stage 1: pipework during renovation
While walls are open we hide the refrigerant line, drain and cable in a chase under plaster. Units go in after renovation.
How stage 1 goes
- Survey: unit positions, pipe and drain outlet, socket
- Chasing or trunking, wall hole
- Pipework, drain, cable, capped and nitrogen pressure-tested
- Report with photos of what is where
Tip: buy the unit in advance so the outlet and pipe diameter match your model exactly.

Materials and work that depend on your home. The installer prices them at the free survey, before work starts. No extra charges after installation.
